Cost & Payment
Are there hidden charges?
No. All known cost components are presented before registration and payment. Fixed costs, variable costs, and the service charge are each shown separately.
What does "Hajj at actual cost" mean?
It means cost components are made visible so pilgrims understand where their money goes. Fixed components align to declared references; variable components are supported by supplier documentation.
How much service charge is taken?
The service charge is clearly separated from other costs and shown before you confirm registration. It is never embedded inside other line items.
How do payment phases work?
Collection can happen in phases under applicable rules. The specific phasing schedule is shared during registration and before any payment is made. An estimated total is collected to secure bookings and requirements.
Will surplus be returned if actual cost is lower?
Yes, eligible surplus is returned after post-journey reconciliation as per the stated policy timeline. The reconciliation process begins after all costs are finalized on return.
Will I need to pay more if variable costs increase?
If variable costs rise, an adjustment request may be made. This is always disclosed with supporting basis and supplier documentation before any request is confirmed.
